“Then Jesus anointed the man’s eyes with the mud and said to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Siloam (which means Sent). So he went and washed and came back seeing.” (John 9:6-7, ESV)
Jesus begins what we must complete. Although it is true that Jesus heals and does miracles, He involves us in the process. From reaching out to Him, to washing our eyes from the mud He just applied, we are participants in what God is doing.
God wants to partner with you more than force you into anything, even if it means your healing or next miracle. You are not some cyborg moved by coded commands, and living by some supernatural algorithm. You are His desired child, and He’s waiting for you.
All good things must be received by faith. Jesus will never impose His will, nor even His supernatural works upon your life. God wants to bring healing and transformation, but you got to move in the direction of His work and call. That’s faith—to trust the process.
As it was for the blind man, may you walk the “Sent” path, and find your next encounter with destiny. May today bring more than you can imagine as you place one foot in front of the other. Believe every promise as already fulfilled. Trust His leading. And in the end, every need will be met.
