Morning Meditation – Reset Your Day

“The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul…” (Psalm 19:7, ESV)

In my house, when you announce that the next family vacation is going to be at Disneyland, revival breaks-out!  Really…It’s like you pronounced the coming of the Lord!  Joy goes off the charts.  Dreaming begins.  Everyone goes nuts.

Words possess power.  It breeds hope where there was none.  A simple word opens us to the possibilities.  It shifts our reality and births in us a renewed passion for our deepest visions.

Revival is not as mysterious as we think it is.  The Word of God is perfect in bringing revival.  It’s not like you have to wait for a move of God.  When you believe His Word, it automatically opens the door of hope to all that is possible.

His word brings renewed strength.  It creates hope in our hearts.  The Word of the Lord will renew our zeal for who He is and who we are in Him.  We just have to be in His Word with a believing mind.

Receive this: God has given you the ability to reset yourself every day.  Before you do anything, get His Word in your heart, and the “reviving of your soul” will always be normal for you.  God has set today to be a day of new beginnings.  Hear what He has to say, and the heavens will open.

  1. Wow I loved every last word of this devotional today!!! Let HIS revival break out within our hearts!

We do need a reset too everyday. We don’t know what each day will bring. We start it out though everyday WITH GOD.
HIS WORD DOES BRING RENEWED STRENGTH!

Thank you pastor for your encouragement today!
