Morning Meditation – Believe What You Already Know

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” (Luke 4:18-19, ESV)

Let this grow in your spirit, today. Jesus came so that effects of poverty (or any place where you lack) would not steal your passions, nor that you would be content with the oppressive lies of the enemy. Instead, He came so that your eyes would see beyond the natural, and that you would always believe for God’s lovingkindness.

This is the Good News—you are free to BE!

Regardless of what the world tries to impose upon you, you always have a choice to be something more than what others expect.  You are free to love while hated…to be faithful while doubted…and to dream while you stand alone.

Get excited for what you have already believed: You are seen. You are heard. You are accepted.
