A Quick Note – Trust

I awoke this morning overwhelmed in my heart.

The thought kept washing over me…for every word that I speak, there are ten thousand more that need to be said. For every opportunity God grants me, dozens of others must be put aside. There just isn’t enough days, or even enough strength, to accomplish all that God has given us. Wow, I can’t do it all!

With these feelings filling my soul, I had to share this quick note with you. I am certain that as I am perplexed by how to fulfill all that my divine story has bestowed upon me, you feel the same way. Our obligations to God and family can seem too much at times…and let’s not mention the fact that we’re not perfect at what we do—that we’re still maturing in the process.

How are we to feel as we build our lives and love others…AND enjoy it all?

In the midst of the turmoil, the scripture comes to mind, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and don’t lean on your own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will establish your steps.” (Proverbs 3:5-6). God’s got it! “There is no condemnation for those who in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 8:1). There’s no need for guilt.

TRUST GOD! Keep walking, knowing that God will always fill up that which we’re lacking. We don’t need worry about what we cannot do; we were never designed to do it all. Just enjoy the process. His great love will take care of the rest.

Blessings my friends.

When I catch myself wanting to do all this wonderful stuff that God wants us to do I realize that I can’t do it without him and definitely can’t do it on my own understanding so I remind myself daily that what ever doubt I have or anything that I am going through he is larger than it. And that as a human I cannot accomplish it but With God all things are possible.

I love the thought of our lives being a tapestry and wondering what color is my thread weaving?( I know that this isn’t scriptural, but I like the thought)

How true this is; a true expression of our need of reliance on Him Who knows all. It’s amazing how God intertwines our lives even for this purpose; that our stories, as much as they intersect are merely a thread in Jesus’ story which is still being told. His being the only one of real importance & value. ❤
